- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it.
- We never sell your information, and we only share it with trusted providers who help us run the business (for example email, hosting and analytics), under appropriate data protection terms.

We process enquiry details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or to take steps towards a contract at your request. We use analytics cookies only with your consent.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we go on to work together, in which case client records are kept in line with our legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email hello@drvn.social and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
