Converted morethan tries.
The brief
Make a community rugby club feel like a club worth following.
Bridgend Ravens have the history and the support, but the club's channels weren't doing either justice. Signings went out as text, matchdays went unrecorded and the merch had never been shot properly.
The brief was to give the club a content engine for the season: launch films, player announcements, training and matchday content, and photography the club could use everywhere, on a community club budget.
How we solved it
A season of content, built in-house.
We started with the season launch film and a full set of player headshots, so every announcement, graphic and programme had the same look. Then we kept it rolling: pre-season, signings, sponsor announcements and a merch promo shoot, all cut for social in vertical.
None of it was pushed with paid. 98% of the 11.8 million views are organic, including 5.3 million on Instagram alone, from supporters sharing their club.
