The brief
Recruit supply teachers in a market where every agency looks the same.
Apollo Teaching Services places supply teachers in schools across South Wales. Twenty years in, the business had a great reputation and almost no presence where teachers actually spend their time.
The brief was to build a channel that helped teachers, so that when they were ready to register, Apollo was the agency they already knew.
How we solved it
Help first. Recruit second.
We launched a YouTube channel built around useful content: how to get consistent supply work, how to write a supply CV, the real benefits of supply versus full-time. Alongside it runs a day-in-the-life series that follows the Apollo team into schools, a 20th anniversary film and the Apollo Football Tournament.
Every episode is cut into vertical trailers for social, and the best-performing content is pushed as paid recruitment ads. That's delivered 870+ recruitment leads at £3.88 each and 4.6 million views.
