A tip-topturnaround.
An internal recruitment campaign for the Welsh Government, filmed and edited in under 7 days.
The brief
Show people what the job actually looks like, and do it fast.
The Welsh Government's Disused Tips team needed to recruit, and a job description wasn't going to do it. They wanted a film that showed the real work: the sites, the people and why it matters to the communities living below them.
The catch was the deadline. From brief to delivered film, we had less than a week.
How we solved it
Brief to delivery in under a week.
The whole film was briefed and planned in a single day. Then we hit the road: a two-day tour of specific locations dotted across the whole of Wales, from the South Wales Valleys up to Anglesey, filming the sites and the people who look after them.
Back in the edit, we cut, graded and delivered the full recruitment film in 16:9 plus a vertical cutdown for internal channels, all inside the seven-day window. Because it was an internal campaign there are no public stats to share, but the film did what it was built for: it gave candidates an honest look at the role before they applied.
